1. System Overview

The DKM Jobcard Management System is a digital platform used by Dawid Kruiper Municipality to log, track, assign, and resolve service delivery complaints from residents across the Dawid Kruiper Municipal Jurisdiction.

What the system does

• Logs service requests (job cards) from call centre agents, councillors, or residents

How job numbers work

Every job card receives a unique ID in the format: PREFIX-DDMMYY-N

For example, SEW-020326-4 means: Sewerage job, logged on 02 March 2026, 4th job of that day in that category. The prefix is set per category (e.g. SEW = Sewerage, ELC = Electrical, ROAD = Pothole).
